The Monte Mayor project is no exception. This project already carries full planning permission granted by the Benahavis authorities, for a villa of a volume up to 445.30m2.

All design and construction licenses have been applied for, granted, and are in place.

Mindful of the caution that should be exercised when purchasing any property overseas listed below, and available for inspection, will be copies of the original planning permissions and licences granted to the owner of Plot C27 Monte Mayor as part of the building and completion process.
